Payments
We gladly accept credit card (Visa, Amex, MasterCard and Discover) and PayPal.
Fees
Buyer pays for all shipping costs.
Customers in NJ will be charged 7.5% sales tax.
Shipping
All our shipping is done either by FedEx Ground or FedEx SmartPost.
Shipping costs within the United States continental (48states) to all of our items is as follow:
First item $8.00; each additional item $4.00; Maximum shipping charge * $20.00
*thecloseoutguys.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping for the purchase of 10 items or more. We will notify you prior to any charge.
We do not ship international.
We do not ship to PO Boxes nor unconfirmed address, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
All our fixed prices for shipping are for us continental (48 states).
All items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving confirmation of the payment (m-f / 9-5)
When paying with PayPal, items will be shipped to the confirmed address provided to us by PayPal only.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Returns
Customer has 20 days from the receiving date to test and use the item to be as in the description condition.
We do not refund but exchange or give store credit.
Please contact us with any questions you may have before bidding.
All sales are final unless it is a warranty issue.
We do not provide technical support or warranty replacements for the products we sell.
If the buyer experiences a problem with the product, the buyer should contact the manufacturer/warranty provider.
We reserve the right to repair or replace the same item or offer a store credit at our store.
At our option, we substitute or refund damaged or lost product at the time the insurance claim is paid to us.
Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
All items must be returned with all original contents and components with prior authorization from us.
Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We pay shipping charges to send replacement back.
Occasionally, carrier might damage items during shipping, do not receive the item if the shipping box is damaged.
All shipping, packaging materials and boxes must be saved. Carrier will pick up the damaged item for inspection, failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a damaged claim will void your warranty.
